I’m not a meal prep service. I’m a professionally trained chef with 20 years of gourmet culinary experience and a health coaching background. I’ve spent years studying nutrition and perfecting the intersection of healthy eating and exceptional flavor.

I work alongside the nutrition protocols created by your practitioner. My role is to execute the plan through food. Every meal is prepared according to the nutritional framework, using seasonal ingredients and thoughful culinary technique so that food is both nourishing and deeply satisfying.

HOW IT WORKS
Protocol Review. We discuss your nutrition plan, goals, and preferences. I review any guidance from your doctor, trainer, or functional medicine practitioner.
Custom menu design. I create a rotating menu that meet your nutritional while maximizing flavor and variety. Each week, you’ll receive a menu two days prior to the delivery. You can make requests for recipes you’d like and share feedback.
Weekly Preparation + Delivery. I source premium ingredients, prepare your meals with care, and deliver them ready to enjoy.
We start with a trial cook date so that you can experience the food and the process.
If it’s a good fit, clients enroll in a 3-month program designed to support consistency and allow your nutrition protocol to produce meaningful results.
At the end of the program, many clients choose to continue on a month-to-month basis for ongoing support.
INVESTMENT:
$1200/week per week + groceries
This includes 14 chef prepared meals delivered twice per week with 7 individual meals of 2 portions each.
I cook for 1 client a day to maintain the highest quality and service.
Grocery costs ranges between $200-$300 a week for premium ingredients.
Private chef Marin, SF, South and North Bay. Additional delivery fee for San Francisco + the South Bay.
